What is Leading For Results Founded on?
This is more than professional development: it’s a launchpad for instructional transformation, grounded in PASL’s 7 leadership competencies. You’ll sharpen your leadership through strategic planning, peer learning, and data-driven action—all while staying rooted in equity and student success.
What is the Time Commitment?
Selected Leading for Results Legacy Fellows will commit to the following program components:
- Pre-Institute Kick-Off: Half-day morning session in late June 2025 at a Philadelphia-based location. This energizing launch will connect participants with their cohort, set expectations, and provide all necessary materials. Breakfast and lunch will be provided
- Summer Institute (Mandatory): A full-week intensive experience mid-July 2025, designed to build momentum around your school improvement plan
- Yearlong Group Coaching Sessions: A minimum of six cohort-based coaching sessions throughout the 2025-26 school year to support implementation and sustained impact
Applications for the 2025-26 Senior Legacy Fellows: Leading For Results program have now closed.
