What is Senior Legacy Fellows: Leading for Results?

A High-Impact Leadership Experience for Neubauer Fellows: Leading for Results is a targeted, cohort-based experience designed for a select group of Philadelphia principals—Neubauer Senior Fellows—who are committed to accelerating student achievement in ELA and Math. This yearlong journey begins with a dynamic Summer Institute and continues with structured coaching and collaboration focused on real results.

Meet Our Legacy Fellows

Launched in summer 2025, Leading For Results (LFR) is a year-long leadership experience that brings together a cohort of Senior Neubauer Fellows representing Philadelphia’s school and system leaders in a rigorous, supportive community. More than a professional learning and tailored coaching program, Leading For Results is a transformative journey designed to strengthen instructional leadership, build adaptive and equity-driven practices, and align school goals with District priorities.

What Will Leading For Results Legacy Fellows Do?
Identify a specific problem of practice based on school-level ELA and Math data
Participate in a half-day launch (late June 2025) to connect participants with their cohort, set expectations, and provide program materials
Engage in a week-long Summer Institute (mid-July 2025) focused on planning, strategy, and peer collaboration
Receive ongoing access to targeted tools, group coaching, and cohort learning opportunities
Design & implement a clear, measurable school improvement plan during the 2025–26 school year that follows a research-based framework
Program participants will receive a $2,000 honorarium & are eligible for ACT 45 Credits
