Wendy has served as the principal of Universal Creighton Charter School since 2014. Under her leadership, Universal Creighton Charter School achieved a 20% increase in Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) English Language Arts scores, a 9% increase in Math PSSA scores and was twice recognized by the School Progress Report (SPR) as a Peer Leader.

Wendy has been an educator since 2000. Prior to becoming a principal, Wendy served as a special education teacher, 8th trade teacher, and teacher coach. Wendy grew up in Philadelphia, PA and attended Philadelphia High School for Girls.
