Chester A. Arthur pushes literacy, writing in younger grades

Chester A. Arthur School, led by Cohort 2 Neubauer Fellow Kim Newman, serves as a model for implementing a diverse and effective literacy program. As a result, the school has achieved significant gains in students reading at or above grade level.
