Dywonne Davis-Harris Opens New Neighborhood School

Dywonne Davis-Harris (2015 Neubauer Fellow) welcomed 1,200 students to a new neighborhood school, the first that the School District of Philadelphia opened in many years.  Dywonne led the process from inception.  She wants Northeast Community Propel Academy to be the kind of place where “we model what America should look like, where students see the beauty and diversity of it all.” Read about the school here.
