Strengthening Educators through the PASL and ANet Partnership
The Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders (PASL) and Achievement Network (ANet) have established a partnership aimed at providing innovative professional development programs tailored to enhance the instructional leadership capabilities of school principals. By integrating ANet’s proficiency in instructional strategy with PASL’s emphasis on leadership development, the initiative offers personalized, competency-based learning opportunities designed to enable principals to advance their practice.
Through continuous coaching and feedback, participants are able to hone their leadership skills in real-time, thereby establishing a direct link between professional growth and classroom outcomes. Schools that have implemented this model have observed enhancements in educator engagement, retention, and student success, thereby demonstrating the effectiveness of focused and sustainable development.
The collaboration between PASL and ANet serves as a guide for establishing more robust educational institutions by equipping principals with the necessary tools to excel as instructional leaders.
