The Leaders of Leaders Program is designed to support school system leaders who supervise and develop principals. In the past, this program was limited to alumni of the Neubauer Fellowship in Educational Leadership (Senior Fellows) who served in executive-level roles in district, charter, or faith-based systems. This year, participants also include principal supervisors in Independence Mission Schools and New Foundations Charter School.

PROGRAM GOALS

    • Serve as executive leaders who advocate for principals based on individual and collective needs in order to influence system-level decisions, policies, and practices to increase student outcomes

  • Apply the National Principal Supervisor Professional Standards—assess practice against national standards, identify areas of growth, and develop plan to improve
