Senior Fellows: Leading for Results is a cohort-based professional learning experience for a select group of accomplished K–12 principals across Philadelphia. Designed by the Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders (PASL), this experience begins with a weeklong Summer Institute and extends through the school year with structured group coaching. It equips principals with the tools, strategies, and mindsets to lead equitable, data-driven school improvement in ELA, Math, and other learning outcomes.
