“I am excited to participate in the Neubauer Fellowship because my continued growth as an instructional leader is imperative to the growth of my school. Under my tenure, the school has supported significant academic gains, but we have lots of room for growth. I believe that this Fellowship will provide me with the opportunity to learn from other folks doing this work to ensure I am improving supports for academic rigor and an inclusive, authentic community for all stakeholders at Lenfest.”
