Leaders of Leaders 2024
Developed in partnership with School District of Philadelphia, the 2024 Leaders of Leaders program reimagines the role of the Assistant Superintendent, moving from compliance to a coaching approach.
With a systems-thinking approach drives planning and facilitation, and developed in partnership with Dr. Jackie Wilson, co-author of Blended Coaching, Leaders of Leaders provides senior leaders from the School District of Philadelphia coaching strategies essential for principals’ development, so that they can follow a consistent approach to school improvement and maximize their impact in developing the principals they manage.
Participants learn to:
- Leverage key points from the National Principal Supervisor Standards in their own practice.
- Apply blended coaching concepts to better develop school leaders within their networks
- Strengthen their advisory skills surrounding instructional leadership
- Acknowledge the impact personal identity can have on leadership and the coach-coachee relationship
