Past Programs
Running from 2017 through the 2022-2023 academic year, Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders’ Leaders of Leaders program focused on developing executive leadership and coaching skills in support of school system leaders who supervise and develop principals.
From 2017 through the 2021-2022 academic year, Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders operated the Performance Partners Program, designed to support high-potential Philadelphia principals (“Performance Partners”) to achieve their most significant school goals and deepen the skills necessary to drive growth in student outcomes.
In 2019-2020, Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders operated the Aspiring Assistant Superintendent Academy in collaboration with the School District of Philadelphia to develop sitting principals to become future successful principal supervisors.
From 2016 through 2018, Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders operated the Teacher-Leader Collaborative Grants program, which reinforced strong collaboration between principals and teachers as a means to increase broad-based leadership in Philadelphia schools.
